Details
On 31 October 2023 Neale Jackson and Natalie Burrett were appointed joint and several Administrators of the abovenamed company by special resolution of its director in accordance with Section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
Subsequently the liquidation of the Company commenced on 5 December 2023 when creditors resolved to appoint Neale Jackson and Natalie Burrett joint and several Liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.
